The devastation of Hurricane Sandy is so severe. Yesterday, while out in Rockaway, I witnessed so many people struggleing just to get water.

There is no heat, no electricity, no food, limited transportation in certain areas . . . it is a war zone.

And hundreds of thousands of people need your help.

U.S. International Parental Child Abduction Rate Drops By 15%

Since the I CARE Foundation's inception, outbound reported cases of international parental child abduction originating from the United States has dropped by over 15%. This is a remarkable accomplishment, particularly when considering U.S. abductions skyrocketed during the previous 30 years. The drop in reported cases of international kidnappings is clearly related to government and non-government organizations efforts to raise society's awareness of abduction, while also creating new laws and policies geared to protecting children: issues the I CARE Foundation has worked hard at accomplishing.
